Howdy, Before you go any further you need to know that Im looking for case studies for my 2nd year training as a Sound Therapist.
I basically need a broad spectrum of people who are willing to donate 5-6 hours of their time over 3 consecutive weekends to receive FREE sound therapy sessions - I have to stress that it MUST be on consecutive weekends for me to get the most accurate responses.
The sessions take place in Jesmond on Sunday afternoons, and involve me performing a non-tactile evaluation of you, followed by a very relaxing and meditative session where I effect your body with various sonic fruits.
You must be able to commit to the 3 sessions as my time is in short supply and I am paying to hire the room. If you are up for it/intrigued/curious/skeptical/ all or any of the above, please head to the contact page below and fill out the form. I NEED 20 IN TOTAL AND NEED TO SCHEDULE ANYONE INTERESTED SO PLEASE LIST THE MONTH YOU HAVE MOST SUNDAYS FREE. ta!
Now The old blurb......
29 yrs, northern existence, a rhythm fanatic. Started recording top40 on old knackered Philips HiFi at about 10. Got a bit excited when the continuity worked - theres a knack pressing those cassette player buttons - secret invloves NOT using the pause button.... only leads to the annoying squeak.....
Guitar-based rock stage began when someone played me guns n roses at the age of 12.... mixtapes fell by the wayside...i apologise now. HOWEVER.. did result in an infatuation with all things ROCK including mastering the art of the guitar - to this day I am ever thankful to slash from guns n roses for this - :0) Should things go wrong I can always busk.
Guitar stage came crashing to a halt almost immediately when someone took me to a rave and I heard timbres I never knew existed. I became fascinated with sequenced music and the possibilties it offered and ultimately - how much fun could be had MIXING between two pieces of sequenced music.
Thankfully the rave died - although a recent trip to glasgow proved that scotland will always be a stronghold for hardcore, it'll never die up there - But I have been through the lot when it comes to genres and can safely say that as long as its got a lot of bass and a kick drum, I'll play it.
